Recently we upgraded our hardware to new, more powerful, SSD only based servers so we can better serve you now and in the future. Within few next days we will be transferring accounts to the new servers and this will involve IP addresses change of your custom DNS configurations - if you have one. Also later this year we will be moving to new billing and support ticket software.

MySQL database connection problem

There is MySQL passwords hashing incompatibility between very old server and new server. We apologize for any inconvenience it caused to you. If you are experiencing MySQL connection problems on your websites, please reset mysql passwords for mysql users in your cPanel. You can set the same passwords that you have already configured in your php scripts or you can set new ones and update php scripts accordingly. Either way you choose, the problem should be solved.

New server hostname - srv1.anyservers.com

There is a new server hostname srv1.anyservers.com, please use it to log in to your WHM/cPanel accounts.

After typing in your browser address http://yourdomain.com/whm or http://yourdomain.com/cpanel or http://yourdomain.com/webmail you will and should be redirected to https://srv1.anyservers.com anyway for more secure SSL connection.

Please, do not use jupiter.anyservers.com hostname or miami.anyservers.com hostname or orlando.anyservers.com hostname for any services like mail, cPanel, FTP etc. as you do not want to connect to the old, still working miami, jupiter or orlando server.

Multiple PHP versions to choose from and php.ini settings and module settings

This is also right time to do some cleanup on your server Dear Customer

Yes, this is also the right time to do some cleanup. Many of you have a lot of unused Joomla/Mambo/Wordpress installations and other php scripts, please remove them as they are often used in malicious activity like uploading malicious php scripts, phishing sites, sending out spam, etc.

Please review also your unused email accounts having ton of spam emails in them, remove them also as they grow rapidly and are using a lot of your server disk space.
